I contacted customer service, and they took their time contacting whomever they needed to in order to replace the part. Its been promised to arrive 2 different times now that have passed - nothing yet. Customer service has told me if I dont get it by X date, I should call the shipper myself. I feel it's Allegro's responsibility to make sure things are delivered, not mine.... still waiting for my computer piece. The stepper and arm bands work fine.
