real good work out device that takes up little space, worth trying out. If you live in a small apartment and don’t want to have a lot of clutter this is worth the purchase.

Product arrived promptly, but computer piece was malfunctioning. I contacted customer service, and they took their time contacting whomever they needed to in order to replace the part. Its been promised to arrive 2 different times now that have passed – nothing yet. Customer service has told me if I dont get it by X date, I should call the shipper myself. I feel it’s Allegro’s responsibility to make sure things are delivered, not mine…. still waiting for my computer piece. The stepper and arm bands work fine.

The machine appears to be functional, but I received mine with a cracked bolt. The foot paddings and the front plastic support seem to be very fragile.

The resistance band clips are made of plastic. They broke upon the very first installation, rendering the bands unusable.
The odometer only works sporadically, then shuts itself off in the middle of a workout. You can never tell how long you’ve been on the equipment, making it impossible to get an accurate calorie count, step count, etc.
The machine is not very quiet. My downstairs neighbors are able to hear it. It puts out a bit too much noise for being so new. The stepping itself too often results in hitting the ground, as opposed to being supported in mid-step.
Working-out for twenty minutes, you don’t even break a sweat, or even get winded.
I recommend you spend a few more dollars, and get a higher quality machine.
