The pressure of the Stepper was so high I finally gave up. And, unfortunately, I could find no way to adjust it. What a waste of money (too heavy to ship back).

This product is ideal if you don’t have much space. It can deliver a good workout and most anyone will find somewhere to store it afterwards. I use it every morning and would be very satisfied except for having to keep buying replacement cables. The mechanism relies on a steel cable which, in my case, lasts about 3 weeks and I am on my fourth. The cables cost about $10 to replace including shipping and take around 20 minutes to install. I have to say that I’m looking for a similar but more reliable product at this point.
Maybe someone who uses this machine less frequently might have better results. BTW, at around 180 pounds I am well within the recommended weight requirements (250) for this product.

Works your legs and arms. Love that it counts calories burned. Lost some weight and gained some weight. So far so good.

I seriously love this machine. It is small size which is perfect for my apartment and fun to use. BUT, like many other reviews said, it is SO squeaky. Squeaky to the point of embarrassment that I feel bad using it. WD-40 didn’t fix it, so until I find a way to make the crazy stop, it’s out of commission.
