Chinups – Exercise Bikes Fitness

Chinups using negatives and rest pause. Great combination for stressing the muscles, getting a pump effect and growing muscle. I might have been a bit quick on the counting when shooting the video, but the aim is to go for negatives for the count of three. First I have a warm up set of 12, then 3 sets of 3 with a pause of five deep breaths followed with 3 sets of 2 with a pause of about seven deep breaths.
