This is a great product. It’s durable and very sturdy. I love that it has magnetic resistance in both directions. The customer service is EXCELLENT! I had some questions about programing so I called the company and not only did I get a LIVE person to talk to but I didn’t have to be on hold for an hour or wait 3 days for a return phone call. They were polite and helpful and stayed on the line with me until I resolved my issues.
My son loves the interactive features as much as I do. Just one of these in our house may not be enough. I can see another purchase in the very near future! I like that my 10 year old isn’t just sitting playing games. He’s exercising and doesn’t even realize it. I like that I can use it at my desk, while I’m playing PC games, or watching tv.
Everyone in my family may be getting one of these for Christmas!
